Our first Spartan Spotlight Awards of 2026 for our 5th–12th grade students! ⭐️
Spartan Spotlight is our student recognition program that celebrates students who consistently model our core values and demonstrate strong character in and out of the classroom. Each six weeks, students are recognized for specific social-emotional skills that support both academic success and personal growth.
During our January ceremony, we honored students with the Focused Finisher Award, which highlights self-management and connects to our core values of being responsible and safe. These students showed resilience and commitment during a busy season by staying focused on their goals, managing their time well, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating self-control, organization, and safe decision-making under pressure.
We are so proud of our Spartans for finishing strong and setting a powerful example for our school community!

As we welcomed students back on their first day after Christmas break, our teachers jumped right in by reinforcing our Core Emergent Tree Values (Safe, Respectful, and Responsible) to help students reset routines and make positive choices every day.
We are also proud to see CharacterStrong lessons being taught across classrooms, supporting students’ social-emotional growth through empathy, responsibility, and strong relationships. Together, these programs support the whole child (academically, socially, and emotionally) and set a positive tone for the remainder of the school year.
